FAQ
Good to know
What do I get as a Pro Member?
Member ticket pricing where available, early access to shows when we run presales, and access to members-only nights and offers.
How does member pricing work?
When a show has member rates, you’ll see the lower price once you’re signed in and purchasing as a member. Not every ticket type is discounted — check each show.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Account → Billing. You’ll keep access through the period you’ve already paid for.
